Our application process

1 Application

Within your application, you can demonstrate your personal suitability. If your CV alone is sufficient to testify to your qualities, a separate application letter is not stringently required.

2  Interview

If your application convinces us, we will contact you by phone in a timely manner. When needed, we will discuss further key points and schedule a near-term meeting.

3 Meeting

Most application meetings take place in person but some are also online. Either way, the meeting offers both parties the chance discuss anything in a candid and relaxed manner.
